So with the old tribunal i know you could review cases, and see how it progessed. how does this work with tribunal down. I had a mid lane azir let the enemy Karthus free farm, get kills with his ult, and tell them when people would gank ext. How do i make sure something is being done about the issues considering it was a normals?

Sadly, the tribunal is dead even though I consider it superior to the current system in a majority of ways. Now it's a bunch of algorithm checking and some Rioter reviewing the case when it generates enough problem flags.
