Riot please change the way your leave buster system works. Sometimes I have to leave for personal thing or even my Wi-Fi cuts off and I get a 20 min ban timer. At least lower it. My parents don't really like video game, but I'm a big fan of LOL, so sometimes I have to leave games cause I'm forced to. Then I'm punished with a 20 min ban timer. At least don't use leave buster for normal games. It makes sense for ranked, but in normal we're just trying to have fun and people criticize when you leave a normal game cause of personal reasons. Riot Plz do something about this issue.

Hey. So technically, you aren't supposed to play a game if you know you need to leave for a personal reason, and it isn't Riot's fault that your wifi cut off. You're still ruining the game for other people, intentional or not, if you don't get a punishment, it isn't fair for the other players.

While it certainly sucks to have this penalty, it also sucks when one of your teammates leaves in the middle of a match. Leaving for any reason causes a negative experience for up to 9 other players, even in normal matches. When you queue up for a match, you are making a commitment to your teammates that you will stay until the match is over, and you're breaking that commitment too much, which is why you are punished.

If you're leaving due to personal reasons, then it's your responsibility to find a solution so that you don't leave any future matches. Make sure you give yourself enough time to finish a match, or work something out with your parents before you queue up to play. If you're leaving because your Wi-Fi is going off, that's also your responsibility to fix. You can get a more stable connection by connecting via an ethernet cable. There's likely more solutions that you could use, and whatever you do is up to you, you just need to find a way to make sure you stay connected for the entire match.
