Autolocking/Instalocking

Hello riot employees. This post is primarily directed to get a verdict towards something that I am unable to find the answer to anywhere else. This has to do with the concept of autolocking or instalocking, where in blind pick, a player on one team states in chat that they, for instance are going to go mid lane, and then another champion then autolocks in a mid laner and then states things of the nature of "no I'm mid" or "F*** you go bot etc."

This also raises the question of whether things that are said in pre or post-game chat count towards reportable offenses. Such as a player was completely fine in game and champion select, but then begins to flame teammates/enemies etc. in the post-game lobby. I also can't find the answer to this anywhere, so if someone has a link to an answer, or if this can be answered by a red, than that would be great.

"Autolocking" is not against any rules. If you don't believe me look at my match history and scroll back a few years.

while autolocking isn't reportable itself, if they autolock then feed horribly or rage because you cant perform the role they got you stuck with you can include it in your report that they autolocked forcing an unfavorable situation

TL;DR: Auto/Instalocking isn't reportable. Being toxic (F* you go bot) is.
