Wrongly Suspended for 3rd Party Programs

Hi, I'm looking for some sort of assistance from Riot Games on the matter of my account being permanently suspended. According to an email that I received yesterday evening, my account had been suspended due to "3rd party programs" when I have never used anything of the sort with the exception of LoLReplay, formerly LSI. I have gone through your guidelines in relation to acceptable 3rd party software, and these have always been allowed, so I am confused as to why my account has been banned.

I have no prior offenses to speak of, I have never been chat banned, I have never scripted, and I certainly don't make use of any unacceptable 3rd party software. I have been playing League of Legends since late season 3 as well with no disciplinary action having ever been taken against my account. I have simply been playing a considerable amount of ranked recently in an attempt to get to platinum by the end of the season along with several of my friends. We have been winning more often than not, but none of us has been employing any outside help in any way.

I have been experiencing some issues with my hard drive recently, and so I am worried that maybe it could have corrupted some of my League game files causing some sort of flag to be raised on my account. I haven't done any sort of tampering purposefully, however, and I would never even dream of doing so. I don't even know if this has anything to do with my suspension; it is just a possible answer to my question of why I was banned in the first place as I certainly haven't been using any sort of 3rd party software.

I have already sent in a ticket to Riot support, but I am anxious to get my account back that I have put such a large amount of time, money, and effort into, especially when I have done nothing to deserve my permanent suspension. Any help that could be offered to remedy the situation would be much appreciated! And I am happy to answer any questions or offer any information as needed. Thanks for any help anyone can offer!

Just looking for any help, especially from Riot. Just from reading through the boards and Reddit, it seems like there have been at least a decent amount of false bans for this exact reason over the past day. I mean I get being suspicious if one or two people were to post something like this, but with the amount of people, there has to be an issue with at least SOME of the bans. I don't understand what would have caused this to happen to my account. Still waiting on a response to ticket 23420655

Just wait from a response from Riot. If you used any kind of third party system like Wooxy or LoLReplay it might just have been flagged by mistake. Be sure to tell them anything you've used. I know their lenient on skins and replay systems so they may see it as an error. Just be truthful and patient. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Just wanted to add this as well. It's a list of third party programs that are allowed, use at your own risk, or against the rules. Hope this helps

I got banned for this same thing and I didn't even have the game installed and haven't played it in MONTHS. wth.
