Just o be clear being toxic can be more than just name calling or cursing. Also stop thinking about if the chat is bannable, and start thinking if it's punishable. So with that in mind from your chatlogs it seems like you give up too early calling gg for bot lane, kept harassing your support and jungler. Granted all you needed to do was tell him to stop if he was actually stealing cs (although I've seen some adc bitch and complain about stealing cs even when they are at the fountain) if he continued then you had all the more reason to report, but you kept pestering him.

Your second game is basically the same thing. The first thing you wrote is nothin but harassing your support as if Vel isn't a reliable support!

For OP, don't look for fairness in this game. You will be punished just for telling true to idiot that he is an idiot. When you get previously flagged, any report, i mean any like telling sarcastic GG will bring you a punishment.
