Unfair BS

im in silver 5 and someone went afk and i goto bronze 1 then i go in another game and guess what there is a 13 and 0 darius ganking my lane 10 minutes in so i play another game and you wouldnt believe my luck ;D someone else feeds a cho gath 4 and 0 then leaves at 5 minutes in so fucking lucky i am like how tf am i suppose to get back to silver with this BS and guess what?. riot doesnt punish these ppl not 1 ban has ever gone out to em and now i just really hate riot but like league its all BS how if someone leaves a ranked game they lose 20 LP and just go join another and someone feeds and lose nothing at all. other things is like "lets open PBE and let people send in applications and if they are a youtuber or streamer lets let them in automatically but if its someone else lets let them wait 2 years and still not accept them HAHAHAHA evil riot staff laughs" nothing is done for the person that puts in hundreds of hours or spends their money just to support the team and i dont see why there is a re[prt button if they just let these people fly and my game is fucked up and so is my day and not one and i mean NOT ONE of my friends or anyone ive asked can use the link for unchained alistar so why TF is it there if no1 can use it
