Just wondering what part of this is actually chat-restriction-worthy

I haven't played in over a year. I came back this week, and in two games, I have a 10-game chat restriction that I cannot fathom what actually caused it. I can guess MAYBE that saying bronze players (who are in bronze, so that cannot be restrictable) made the game unwinnable in the second game (earlier game), but the first game had a Teemo troll in it, and he was reported (and I got instant feedback for it). I am literally at a loss as to how this is now considered toxic and bannable

A punishment is warranted here, mainly due to consistent harassment in these two games.

game 1: This first game you dedicate a large majority of your chat to harassing a single teammate. This started in the pre-game and continued throughout the game and post-game. You are not the ultimate authority on strategy: if a teammate is not willing to listen to your call, then you have to adapt your strategy, not continuously force it, regardless of their attitude.

Game 2: Again, this is another instance of dedicating an overwhelming majority of your chat to harass another player, this time your bot lane adc and support. You call attention to their score, and insult their rank. Whether or not that's true, you brought that up only to insult them.

harassing teemo is toxic behaviour and it is enough for the chat restriction to kick in

it doesn't matter what teemo did or said. you don't get a free pass for harassment just because another player "started it"
