Okay I just got ban for no reason until june 20th? I didn't get an email and I haven't been Chat restricted yet or anything whats the deal??

I suppose you can ask here on the boards for more info, but if you do I believe you allow Riot to post logs.

Support ticket is another option. Be patient if you go this way, make a polite request, answer Q. with as much info as you remember but don't overload them and try not to bump. This would be the way I'd try to do it. Good Luck though.
