Permanently Banned???

I have a problem regarding my suspension. I have never gave my account before to someone, and I got permanently banned. And my email got changed, and it's one I don't know of. Riot supporters, if you are there, please tell me how I got banned. I also payed $30 regarding the PayPal payment (I think know this because I got mail from the bank). This has been 2 weeks since I got the suspension . Thank you for replying and helping me regarding my issue.

If your account was compromised (which would be how your email got changed) you need to submit an account recovery Support Ticket and start talking to Player Support, as we are unable to assist you with account related issues on the boards.
