Afk in game

Just had a game with a master yi who died in min 1 in jungle and after he said he goes afk and staied in base! Till min 23 he just roam around base being lvl 1 and of course people told him he will get reported. He said doesnt matter cause this is not his first game and he knows how to do it. If just roam in base and before game ends he farm a little he doesnt get even a warning cause system detects only movement. Of course we lost the game...but more important and i dont want to hear he had a bad game maybe is just one is ...really he gets unpunished cause system doesnt detect him doing that shiet? And about nameing and shameing t..this guys is aloud to ruin games for other people and we dont have the right to take actions? Is that correct? Is it fair that people who wants to play this game for fun and pleasure gets punished for a troller? Why should we take a loss when this guy is just trolling the map? If u dont believe me go in game to my profile and u can see the game and how he ruined it! and if rito doesnt ban him shame to them . The guys is takeing a p..ss on other players and the others take a loss but him doesnt get anything?
