Riot Games Player Support

I have never used any mods and the only thing I use for 3rd party programs are discord and skype. I am telling the truth, one day I get hacked and I could not go on this account for 3 weeks. When I finally get this account back, a month later, I get banned permanently even though I did not do anything wrong. Please help me!

Submit a ticket to support and explain what happened. If you truly did have your account stolen and the person who had taken it over did the scripting, they might reverse the ban (seen it happen once before).

If your account was accessed from a completely different location during the time period it was hacked, and that also coincided with the infraction, you might have a case.

Just got the exact same message as above. My email was hacked and my account stolen and sold. Riot knows this yet a week later my account gets banned permanently for no reason whatsoever. Only takes a day for anyone to respond, then another day once you respond to them and so on. Kind of a complete joke, ban someone for no fault of their own then take forever fixing your mistake...
