I'm sorry, but you can't just apologize and say that you're better. You need to show that you're better through your positive play.

Stay positive and you'll be getting your Hextech rewards eventually.

Sorry man (well not really sorry... its your fault...) but there not going to remove your chat ban , be good right now and when it gets removed learn from this and dont be toxic anymore.

Chat restrictions arent directly connected to chest and key privileges. Even if riot were to take your ban away(never seen it happen before) it would be weeks/months before your account would be marked as "good" standing for you to have the chest and key privileges returned.

Actions speak louder than words. If you are truly sorry and change your behavior for the better the ban will go away, and a while after that you will get hextech rewards back.

Simply saying you're sorry has no meaning these days. Prove your words are true in game.
