Muting players in game should mute them post game

If I mute a player in game, they should stay muted in the post-game lobby. If they are harassing me in game please don't let them continue to harass me post game. Or give me an option to opt out of post game chat the same way you can opt out of all chat. I understand that there is a block option, but the time between the game ending and block them post game gives them a chance spam insults and I don't want to see it.
