It would promote pinks and actually encourage people to buy wards, it would fix a lot of problems with people not wanting/affording to buy wards in like, the early game stages. Would also promote late game warding and it fixes the issue with putting down a ward and someone just comes a 4 shots it.

That would be fine in a single player game, but since it is not, the ward itself is the reward and encouragement.
Wrong sub board and i disagree. If too cheap then why defend it?
The main problem with lategame warding is the lack of a slot for the control ward
Ehh.. most people ward at the wrong times and wrong locations anyways.
Back in Season 5 you could get a free pink ward trinket, but that didn't actually make people use it. Making them cheaper wouldn't make people buy them.
