Permanent ban without a reason?

So last night I logged in thinking to play some league, thinking to see how this season was looking. My attempt to log in gave me what you see in the linked image. It says to check my email for a more detailed report, but there is no email specifying the ban. NOTHING. Not in my spam or junk. I spent somewhere between $400-$600 on this game and you cant even give me a reason to ban me? I just want my account back. If riot has any sort of care for their users, I'm expecting my account to be restored.
