Hate for not pik the main.

Sorry for my english So, i was in champ selection, last pik and prepik Leona. My team pik my opponent do the same and wen my adc swap from Lucian to Khog maw i swap the prevew from Leona to Lulu and here is wen all started. GP start sayng pik Leona and refuse to accomodate him because i prefered to Lulu in sinergy with Khog Maw and to better deal with the enemy team (Nasus, Veigar, Xin Zao, Tristana and Lux). The game start, is a bad game and wen i die GP spam in ciat Lulu respowning in xy (Alt+clik on portrait) and he keep complaining. After the third time i get a bit irritated and decide to mute the person and his ping and for me that wase all... untill post game were he kept complaining and ( i assume) start flaming. I copied the dialogue below. For a moment i thought he was a troll but in game he didn't troll so i devcided to report him but it didn't sem enought. I get that there are sites to see other players stats but how is complaining for someone pik doing any good? Is report the only thing i can do to deal with someone like him?
