Inappropriate Club Tags

Lots of people have been getting banned for typing the inappropriate 3 letter comeback, starting with k.... and I'm sure you know the rest of it by now. But what about those people who have this in their club tag?

I recently noticed that one of my friends had this in his club tag, and I advised him to take it off. He said that he's had it for a long time, and that only people who are truly toxic will get banned for saying it. This however is not true, as many chat logs have shown people with relatively normal games, but with that phrase coming up and thus resulting in a ban. On the other hand, as my friend is obviously evidence of, people who have this in their club tag are able to display it without needing to type it. I personally feel like club tags should be filtered to remove this as a possible tag to further take it away.

The club guide states: Club names and tags have the same restrictions as Summoner names, so they must be unique and contain no offensive language.

Now, I'm not saying punish people who have it in their tag, as clubs can sometimes get pretty big. However, I believe that the tag should be removed, and the leader of the club should be forced to pick a new tag, assuming the club name isn't also equally offensive. In that case, the club should be given a temporary name and forced to rename entirely. If forcing a rename for a club turns to be something they are unable to do, then the club should ultimately be disbanded.
