PERMA BAN , CAN IT BE REVERSED?

Where to begin , we all have had flamers in game . It seems now no foul language or anything that might hurt someone's feelings its bad. Even talking about a certain champs abilities in a foul way its bad. Ive just been banned for complaining and saying that nasus perma slow was bs and that then he if you turn back and kick his butt then he runs like a (explicit) and theres my ban. Not offending the person but the ability and the champ . If we cant express ourselves they why create a platform where you can? ive , like many others, spent a lot of time and money in this game since season 1 . Seen it changed so many times . Yes, ive been muted and just recently had been 14 days ban after being lvl 5 or max on honor . Yes, folks it takes one game to get banned one game that a comment will get you kicked out the account you put so much effort and time into. One sensitive asshat that because you wrecked him in lane wants to take anything back by getting you banned. If this is the way I quit playing this game and get those 6 - 8 hrs of time back in my life , maybe that's a good thing. I am looking for a way to be able to get my account back. Perhaps consider a perma mute with just pre selected answers ? ty and stay salty you sensitive reporting people.

This is what was said not to a person but to the ability the champ has , even another player asked is it the ability you mean, its when I respond "yeah". So tell me what you meant by the word you're using. The one censored by $. We heard all the excuses. Use of hate speech is not tolerated, and seeing as you got a perma, you did this before and didn't get the hint.

ok I understand flaming on someone , but calling an ability a %%%got ability its not being toxic but I guess if you want to be sensitive in that way its your right , but damn cant believe all these ppl in their feelings its destroying everything. Go ahead if its you want to be offended over everything your entitlement its beyond me I really hope you get it your way every time cause when you don't god help us all cause youll be crying . I wont create another account ill just enjoy my life outside this game. ty for the response though.

So, you used hate speech. Even if you used it to describe an ability (which it does not appear to be the case), Riot has a zero-tolerance policy on it. Further, you were not permanently banned based on this 1 game; as is always the case, your punishment is defined by your punishment history. If you've had a 2-week ban and did not reform, then this was the next step. While it can be reversed, I would be surprised if it were.

that was a comment on an ability , not directed to a person. I see your point though because of the history . Yet, this is like 100 games after the 2 week ban not days after or week after that's to put it mildly. I chose mostly to remain quiet yet even those that flame on me I'm not quick to report let alone report for ppl calling me anything . I do want my account back since its a s1 account or since beta and lots of skins bought on it , It is easy to judge and kick someone whilst down . hope my experience help others , its going to get to the point where you cant say anything at all or get banned.

I don't really understand what you're saying. You want it to be ok to use homophobic slurs? Players have spoken out since the tribunal that this type of speech shouldn't be handled lightly. There is no context where saying a slur is acceptable in League.

A two week ban should have been warning to start preventing your behaviors that are punishable. I think you'd be hard pressed to claim ignorance that you were unaware that hate speech like f---ot and n---er used in any context wouldn't be punishable. You know these words are not tolerated. You know that after a 14 day ban, the next offense gets you a permaban. You knew all of this, and chose to use the most severe and most likely-to-result-in-punishment words when you were already on thin ice because of just coming off of a 14 day ban. Your account, being a S1 account, was at stake, and you disregarded all of the warning signs until it was too late.

The game is NOT getting to the point where you say anything and get banned. People say things all the time and don't get banned. It IS to the point where players have extremely low tolerance for hate speech and directed threats and suicide wishes that they will immediately report instances of this. You have a right to get angry, and even say a couple of things. However, you shouldn't continue to harp on it and drag other people down into your fury, nor should you descend into using hate speech, threats, and other forms of toxicity to vent.

The experience that others need to learn from here is that they shouldn't use hate speech. It almost always results in more immediate punishment than any other kind of report.

They do not reverse perma bans especially ones where you were toxic once got a 14 day ban, then decided to be toxic again.

Start a new account your appeal will Most likely be denied

You need to take toxicity seriously b cause riot bans a lot of people every day for it, or you will only be hurting yourself in the long run
