Need Help, Banned for No Reason

Hello, fellow summoners. As I was about to play an ARAM game with my brother, I've found out that my account has been permanently suspended. I am utterly confused. Worst of it all, I didn't even receive an email as to why I was banned, I'm just left in the dark. Before you get your pitch forks out, let me explain

I have not downloaded ANY kind of third party software
I haven't been behaviorally restricted/punished by the tribunal
I haven't done anything to violate Riot Games Terms of Service

Although I understand that it is within Riot Game's rights to suspend my account for any reason, is there any reason why I'm permanently suspended? By the way, I always play COOP vs AI for a quick first win of the day, and I do encounter "bots", (who doesn't talk/run identical summoner spells) on my team sometimes. Did Riot make a mistake and banned my account on accident? Please help. THANK YOU!

Send in a support ticket by clicking the support tab at the top of this page. They should be able to clear stuff up for you and see what happened.

TY for reply. I've just done that. BTW, is this normal? I've submitted a ticket 15 hours ago and on "last activity," it says 2 hours ago... I have not bumped the ticket. A riot support member read the ticket but did not even bother to reply?

If you_ just_ checked it now then it might be a time zone thing. So it's probably that you just looked at it but you're in central time maybe?
How many hours off of 2:47pm are you?

On last activity, it clearly says 2 hours ago... I have not bumped the ticket, which means a riot member mostly likely has caused it. But no response?

Yup, I did mix it up :x Sorry and thanks for the picture. You're right. In this case they likely read it and handed it off to an account investigation specialist. I think you'll get a response by tonight.

UPDATE: Riot support told me they made a mistake and gave me RP compensation. THANK GOD! Thank you for your help
