Could we stop people from using terrible Wifi?

We all know the typical team setup: 1 who speaks only spanish, 1 who is frequently or, somewhere in the game, permanently afk and yes... there we have him: the 1000MS guy. Linking his latency everytime he feeds yet one more kill to the enemy team. So far I have not had any experience with Riots servers lagging AT ALL. always solid 14MS and 16MS tops (with heavy downloads and a GF streaming some chickflick). A football player buys shoes, a tenniser buys a racket, seems reasonable a gamer buys a €5 euro cable. Maybe an idea to stick terrible connection people together?

Any thoughts here?

Btw please do not get me wrong but if you uphold a PC, getting a stable internet connection is childswork ;)

While I can kinda understand your problem, I don't know if the NA boards are the best place for this. People in the EU probably understand the issues surrounding EU internet and connections across country lines and things better than we do here. I'd recommend posting it on the EU boards.
