Got my 14 day ban today its been a long while since getting my 25game chat ban ive learn my lesson with that said i just received my 14day for just being tilted, ill copy paste my chat log and you can give you comments on it.

ok there it is i was vs a gold 3 Darius in this game and im only level 22 you can look at my match hsitory as it was the last game i have played because ive got a 14 day ban

Even just stopping here (there was more), this is definitely punishment worth. You're literally spending most of your time chatting rank-shaming a single player and harassing him about his performance.

I agree with your assessment, you definitely seemed tilted in the match. Subsequently, I recommend one thing: Just mute people. Really, it is incredibly unlikely that someone who says something unhelpful/harassing will ever say something useful. If you mute people the moment they start something, you'll likely find things much less tilting.

Even if (and let me strongly emphasize IF) they say something useful later, it is highly unlikely that it will make the difference in the game between winning and losing. In fact, being less tilted will almost certainly make up for in quality of play compared to anything useful they say. And even if (again, strong emphasis on if) what they say makes the difference, I suggest that your account is more important to you than that 1 game in 1000.

Aside from that, a few quick thoughts. -You don't need to call for reports, the system works the same regardless of the number of reports. -You don't need to call people out. Frankly, it looks to me like you started the spat with Darius, in one of your early comments. Even if that's not true, you had the option to not do so, and I encourage you to take that option in the future. -You don't need to call out Zyra, either. If they are trolling, they want you to call them out. It gives them satisfaction. If they aren't trolling, you just spread your tilt to them as well, and make them play worse.
