HELLO EVERYONE when i recovered my hacked account finaly . I found it suspended or banned untill FEB 23. Really? why.. i never did an illegal thing in my account i dont even know the reason. Please i really enjoy this game and 7months is a really long time :'c

There's no such thing as a 7 month suspension, I believe you are misreading the ban code as a date (you have likely been permabanned).
If your account was permanently banned while hacked and you recovered it, submit another ticket, though they are not guaranteed to remove any penalties incurred while your account was compromised.
Check year of ban.
I aldready did that yestreday but they didnt respond me in the email... thats take a lot of time..? Thats so unfair aff
