My Idea that may make league of legends a less toxic environment for all!!!

Dear Reader, I am writing to you today because I believe that players who are toxic or the “loltyler1 wanna-be’s” who run it down mid should be given the opportunity for reform and I have a solution that may reduce the amount of flame in League. Even though in the past they were known as flamers or int’ers they may just need time to learn the edict in the game. As an example I will call forth tyler1 as he is known online. Tyler1, the most “alpha” and dominate of all flamers and int’ers and the pioneer for running it downed / open mids. In the past you have chat restricted him allowing the other players to be protected from his flame however this led to him feeding the opposing players laner. I feel should be allowed to stream him playing league as long as he shows his reform. Tyler may be the worst league of legends player to ever set foot on the rift, but look at I Will Dominate or Christian R, a ex-semi pro player for team liquid who was banned in 2012. Now he may still be toxic and has once ran down mid (when the game was so gone that there was no comeback and the rest of the team supported this action as it served as entertainment to everyone) but now he streams everyday and teaches us all how to play the jungle role at a challenger level with plenty of humor. At the end of the day, Tyler1 / hashinshin / IWD / Imaqtpie / tarzaned and plenty other league pros and steamers are flamers at heart because of many reasons. For pros its that they get into solo q trying to find other players that give them the practice needed to win worlds, whether that be teammates or opponents. For steamers they dislike being matched with players who can’t play at the level they are at (feeding supports, trash mid liners who can’t land a skill shot, tops who can’t tp, adcs who can’t auto, or jungles who perma farm). Long and hard I thought about a solution this problem, for the pros I think you should give them there own server kinda like PBE. When you hit challenger top 50 challenger in any region you are instantly given an account to play in this server where only those players can play. This will separate the players aren’t top tier from the ones how need improvement. For the other players who need better/skilled teammates, allow for only single lane search. On the live servers you have to chose 2 roles, a primary and a secondary which may be fine for low Elo like gold and lower but for plat/daimond/masters and especially challenger they all got there on one main role. In low Elo they play for fun and don’t treat ranked as a “competitive environment,” but for those who want to climb they should be given the chance for their main role, the role they got to their rank with. The main reason flamers are flamers is due to them not getting teammates who know what they are doing and I feel that this will improve league as a whole and in the long run make the community a better place.

I would highly recommend you adding some space to make your post more readable. When you write one large block of text without any space inbetween, you deflect quite a few potensial readers/ discussions.

Just dropping my 5 cents! :)

They likely don't want extremely long queue times. Their queue times are long enough as it is.

For the other players who need better/skilled teammates, allow for only single lane search.

Same as above, this would increase the queue times and still not solve the problem. This would actually increase the need for the auto fill feature, which would increase the number of trolls who throw a temper tantrum when they get auto-filled.

Simple solution is to ignore/mute flamers and feeders and even if they feed "You won't die in real life". Also you can try your best to play good. With proper strategy you might be able to deal with the fed opponent.
