What do you consider flaming?

Okay, so recently I was banned TWICE in a row from freely typing in my games because of my apparent toxicity, which in itself, in all honesty here, does not reform who I am in any way whatsoever and will not suddenly turn me into a submissive player that doesn't speak his mind freely constantly thinking of that dreaded chat ban, but anyway moving on from that, after those 2 chat bans I ended up getting a 14 day suspension for "continuous bad behaviour" and I'm sorry, but this is absolutely ridiculous, I do not believe riot reads any of that chat messages that are reported whatsoever, because if they did, they would clearly see that my behaviour is linked to more than just me being an apparent "dick" I always start off nice in games and try to give advice or help teammates that need it, but after me continuously helping and my team still failing to do anything for themselves even after I help them you could understand how that could be frustrating, I'm not saying every team is bad, you have to take responsibility for what you could have done to carry too, but this is still a team game and when you get a bad team, which you will the majority of time in low elo, game after game, tilt levels hover over 9000, leading to more toxicity in games.

One thing that usually leads to me saying worse stuff in chat is when I'm called a flamer for a factual comment, I can understand sometimes maybe it's not constructive, but If I tell you to do something to help, you don't listen and continue to do stupid stuff that is hindering my ability to win games, I'm of course going to get mad.

This is me at the beginning of a game

Mr Nice guy

Game 1 SirHairyBalls: everyone play safe and farm, play reactive SirHairyBalls: don't try stuff just because it appears to be a good option SirHairyBalls: play smart and focus on objectives SirHairyBalls: cool.

After a gank that was almost successful and me roaming bot, asking my jungler to cover top, which she did try to do I admit

SirHairyBalls: gj SirHairyBalls: almost had him SirHairyBalls: if I didn't take that turret shot SirHairyBalls: eve SirHairyBalls: cover top for me please? SirHairyBalls: get some free farm SirHairyBalls: gj

Bot lane kept feeding wukong even after I helped them bot lane and had a successful roam gank there

SirHairyBalls: wukong too fed SirHairyBalls: i'm done SirHairyBalls: sorry SirHairyBalls: i even came bot to help SirHairyBalls: and all you do after SirHairyBalls: is die to wukong more SirHairyBalls: nothing more I can d SirHairyBalls: do

After this it went downhill, but I'm sure you can fill in the gaps, anyway what do you guys consider as flaming and what do you personally think should be allowed to say in chat and not to say, bare in mind I never personally attack someone, I just get mad at stuff that happens in game and usually just call it how I see it, which isn't always the most constructive thing to do I understand.

Also from my personal perspective, I don't think any of riot's reform nonsense works whatsoever, doesn't on me and doesn't on others, the fact is, the problem is the game, it's competitive, people want to win, when they don't, get they get frustrated and that doesn't help when you have intentional trolls, many bad players in the wrong divisions and so on.

I consider flaming as constantly raging at another player non-stop. Anyway, if you want an honest review of your case then post your entire unedited reform card here. As far as giving advice goes, even if you're as nice as possible, if they don't want to listen then just stop trying to give them advice and focus on your own game rather than on theirs. You can get mad at them for not listening all you want but flaming them isn't going to magically change anything.
