Perma banned justified?

I am going to copy the text from game and PLEASE keep in mind the guy on the other end was flaming super hard and harassing me nearly all game and yes i know I should not have typed back and i usually don't but this guy got to me for some reason and I typed back and tried to make sure I didn't say anything vulgar or use any cuss words, if I knew such minor talk in game could get you banned I would just mute all every game. If I deserve it then w/e I will move on just wondering what yalls opinion is if this ban is justified as me being toxic and not deserving to ever play the game again or if the ban system is a little too harsh. Please give me honest opinion.

I really don't think anything I said was that bad, maybe slightly aggressive but I feel like I kept it at least pg-13...and if that if pg-13 is too hardcore for this game then DAMN lol

Insulting other players will get you punished. If you have had a previous 14-day ban, the next punishment is a permanent ban.

The punishment is justified. This behavior is clearly a violation of the Summoner's Code.

You were insulting people over their plays and skill quite a bit. Just avoiding naughty words doesn't make you innocent of poor behavior.

Punishments are not based on what the other guy said. They are based on what you said, and if you previously had a 14 day ban, which comes with a very serious warning, your next punishment would naturally be a permanent ban.

Throwing insults around, in the long run at least, is not tolerated. It's not about "pg-13" it's about showing respect to other players. Riot has strict behavioral guidelines that you agreed to, and have every right to punish you if you break those agreed upon rules.

"PG-13" has nothing to do with it. There's no rules against cursing and such, as long as you avoid slurs or calls for violence.

The problem with these logs is that you're constantly arguing with your team, shaming them, blaming them for all sorts of things outside their control, and just generally being a terrible person to play alongside and incredibly unsportsmanlike. There's nothing here that would cause an escalated punishment, but Riot operates on a tier system as far as punishments go, with repeat offenders such as yourself getting worse and worse punishments until they finally get a permanent ban.

There's a distinct 14-day gap in your match history between the 26th of June and the 11th of July, which given that you play almost every day is most likely a 14-day ban. When you get a 14-day ban, the notification clearly tells you that any further misbehavior would result in a permanent ban. Only nine days later, here we are.
