Account permanently banned for 3rd party programs!

Description: This is not the first time my account has been wrongfully suspended for no reason and the previous was also for "suspicious activity." I have the proof in previous tickets made and I am the sole owner and player of this account and I have never cheated. The first link below is a link to the previous ticket I submitted. With that I will also post my OP.gg and I mainly am an anivia one trick pony. I stream while not regularly I do stream and i've played this game for years Literally since i believe 2010 or right at the start of 2011. I would never use any type of third party program especially on my oldest and better known account username: GangstaEnigma. I also have 2 alt accounts TTVGangstaEnigma and SpearSD are the usernames which I'll post the op'ggs as well. I believe this is a mistake and understand mistakes happen but this is also the second time. I also had a game where we played against a scripting Kog Maw which I will post the image to that as well from my OPGG and we all reported him for it so I do not know if just by being in a game with one he was on the enemy team that i've been wrongfully suspensed. Please review this as soon as possible because I enjoy and love league of legends and have spent years as you can tell from this account playing it. Thank you.

This next picutre is a screenshot of the game with the scripter and his name is a barcode and he is playing kogmaw which is an obvious and more known scripting champion. So why I was banned when i'm clearly mainly an anivia otp I do not know but please resolve this!!!

Well thoughts and discussion? I've literally never cheated in league or any game in my life I have had this account since season 1.

And the cherry on top you can see someone is abusing with him knowing hes scripting because he has a duo.

at this point i wonder,are all these people permabanned for 3rd party programs actualy hackers or is riot afraid of people using custom skins and programs to reduce ping?

I don't see anything that really looks suspicious besides when you only have example one active item namely Seraphs Embrace why does it end up in 4 different slots. Usually active items never go that crazy for a players when they only have one it will stay in the same spot. If riot is calling 3rd party and it is legit I'm going to say it's possible some kind of trigger script or something maybe not even illegal that draws on the screen.
