I was playing earlier today. Then went to sleep for like 4 hours then tried logging in and said my account has been permanently suspended and that an email has been sent. I never received a email. So im kinda curious on why I was banned. I have summited 2 player support tickets. I've spent to much money on RP for me to get ban for no reason. I have proof of the League of Legends cards I've bought.
First and foremost. Check your spam filter for the e-mail.
Secondly. Only send in 1 support ticket as sending it multipul slows down your case considerably.
Lastly. You could spend a million dollars on rp on league and still get banned. Being a spender does not grant your account immunitiy from the rules. If you were toxic then you get banned, no ammount of money is going to save your account from that fate.
submit a support ticket and tell them you didnt get an email... also check your account settings on here to see what email is tied to your account by clicking on settings under the drop down menu under your name in right to corner
Disregard this because this person who claims that they can't log on because the REAL owner of this account had to change the security settings...This account was stolen from me twice.
