Chat restriction punishment?
I got chat restricted for 10 games , I've played 2 games , i see people saying i cant earn chests or keys untill 3 months after the chat restriction is up , is that true? If it is it needs to be removed...

The hextech system is a reward system for consistent good behavior in game. Getting a chat restriction is a sign of poor behavior in game. Poor behavior is not good behavior.
Show continuous good behavior in your games and you will eventually get hextech rewards again. 3 months is a very rough estimate, but a fairly good average of how long people have had to wait before the system concluded you had reformed.
From what I can tell, it's more about how many games you play, as apposed to how long you wait. The estimate Ive read often is about 40 games. Just try not to type anything the oversensitive report bot would flag just in case someone troll reports you. Like don't even type flag. It might assume it was a typo.
