hello i played lol for over 2 years now and i just got banned for cheating i dont know why i play daily with my friends and i never scripted or used other sorts of hacks and i really want to getr my account back i put 1000+ hours into this game and lots of money for skins and champions can anyone help me or assist me to admins so they can help me further im really sad that i cant play now and i just want my acc back :'(
Your best bet is to submit a ticket to Player Support, although note that all that will make them do is look at their data to confirm the punishment was applied correctly. They will not tell you what was detected or how, because that's a security breach that hackers can exploit.
It's possible that a program or virus of some sort on your computer was interfering with League data -- Riot tends to be very accurate with their third-party software detection, with only one ban wave that had significant issues (to my knowledge).
i did the ticket thing ( english isnt the best ) but how long before they respond normally?
