except for the fact that mystery gifting and hextech crafting is just a switch and bait tactic because you only gain a limited amount, whether you are reformed or not. it's not an incentive and it never was. i don't know where you are getting the assumption that people are reforming since their implementation.
I just think it's silly to claim that Riot is doing nothing to help curb toxicity when we have proof that they are (i.e. numerous Riot posts on the subject, a dev blog discussing Prisoner's Island, multiple people complaining about their "unfair" punishments, etc.).
none of the examples you listed "curb toxicity". it has actually increased the amount of ragers/feeders/afkers/flamers. in fact, you listing that people are complaining about "unfair" punishment is a testament that the cancer is still growing. i can say what riot is good at, is making examples out of people. scapegoating. a fucking shady, out-of-pocket, simp shit, which is a perfect description of what riot is.
Also, Riot is fully aware that there will always be people who only care about making others miserable, but they're also aware that people will have bad games from time to time.

There's no such thing as a 25-day ban. There is a 25-game chat restriction yes, but the only bans are for 2-weeks or are permanent.

Also I read your ban complaint thread: you constantly called people autistic, claimed that someone had downs and just constantly whined and complained about your teammates using whatever insult you could think of whenever they did something you didn't like. It doesn't take a genius to tell that that kind of behavior is definitely punishment worthy, and whether or not a premade reported you is purely coincidental and nothing more.

Yes you can ignore it or try to solve the problem yourself, but if you know that they have no intention of stopping with the harassing of you or others then that's when you need to alert the people who are actually paid to handle it rather than make the situation worse yourself.

You were punished based on your behavior alone. At this point it's clear that you're still mad that you got busted for behaving poorly and seem to have some sort of vendetta against Riot because of it. If you don't want to believe them that's your choice, but who would you want to believe?
thanks for your false, and very imprudent presumption of what i feel about my chat ban. for your info, i'm not mad at all and i don't have a vendetta. i've given a game company a chance to prove themselves and they didn't show up. so i'm taking my money, and my sanity elsewhere. since i've started SC2, i'm seeing a better community, fast fixes on bugs and issues, and a competent administration that supports and works with their population. riot has none of those.
Riot, the company who has a proven track record with player behavior and is actually working on ways to improve their PB systems.
OR
A banned troll rager who is more interested in raging and dismissing evidence than they are at actually improving the system or their behavior.
I don't know about you but I'd rather go with the former than the latter.
