Player support staff
So a while back I got permanently suspended from LoL for harassment/being toxic. Basically what I did was messing around in the post-game lobby after all other players left, and I did not know that these messages still show up even tho you have bean reported before they were even typed. And I was instantly suspended and the chat log highlighted all the things I said in that post-game lobby after every body was already gone.
At this point I went thew all the rules/ guidelines which basically say ''we don't tolerate any form of harassment even as a joke or even its not directed at any player in particular as this still impacts other players who do see this message there for brakes the TOU'' So this means since nobody saw my messages I basically did not brake the rules.
So I wrote to player support to see why exactly I got banned and got the exact answer that I was banned for thees messages that were typed in the post-game lobby which no player accept me saw. So I explain the situation and got a copy/ paste answer like this ''Being even mildly rude or negative, regardless of being provoked or not, was not an option if you wanted to avoid getting a permanent ban'', keep in mind I never said I got provoked or anything all I said was I did not brake the rules since nobody saw these messages. I went threw about 6 player supports, only 2 of them gave me some answers but still every one of them kept saying that I had directed them at a player even tho nobody was there. At this point I guess they got bored and closed the ticked saying that it is solved.
So I took some time off and cooled down because I was actually pretty upset of the staff and their copy paste answers that lead to more questions than answers. I filled a second support ticked and I asked if I cold contact a manager or something that wold actually give me answers I needed. After this, a very apologetic support staff member said that I can't contact anyone accept the player support team. So I finally explained the whole story to them and finally got some answers like ''I am afraid there is no way for us to verify if all the players have left the lobby before you started typing anything'' which I was pretty shocked to see because this meant that there was no way I cold verify if I was the only person in the lobby.
And then one of the supports said even if the post-game stuff was said in a empty lobby I had still bean toxic in-game. So I asked him what did I say then. From the 3 things he sent me only 1 I wold consider to be offensive and it was the F word which I said 1 time in the whole game. Second was noob which is not a offensive word (if someone still considers this offensive please do check the online dictionary) And the third was I said that I want to report a player that was trolling.
When I was surprised that saying that you want to report someone was offensive I asked why, and well yes when the player support staff said this ''a player that is afraid of reports will either cease their negative behavior immediately or continue down the path, since they don't care / don't believe they will get banned, so they have no remorse'' , when I do agree that this might be true I have a problem with it because when a player is trolling and you call this out in team chat it lets your other teammates know that they need to be careful and maybe reconsider going 2 v 2 with him because at any time this player can just leave, and leave you 1 v 2 and if you die its your own game that you are messing up. This has helped me so much in the past to win game with these kinds of payers and to see that now its considered a offense its just saying that, at that moment when a team has a trolling player I should say ''Oh well cant win em all... next one'' when this mindset it ok for most players I'm playing to win all games and I don't give up unless its really bad.
So at this point I say that in the past I'v had problems with toxicity and that I have changed and don't actually flaim players anymore and Because of my flaming in the past I jumped 3 punishment stages straight to two week suspension about 4 months ago and after that changed my behavior completely (this is not saying I don't have bad games here and there its saying that I don't flaim every game because I get outplayed). And the thing that I see the next player support write to me was just so sad... ''Behaving in a civilized manner is a default requirement for playing League of Legends. Since this suspension is neither a subject of argument or debate, this matter is closed and further inquires surrounding this topic will lead to the closing of the ticket without further replies.'' I don't actually think he read anything I said because before this he sent the chat logs of the game that I was toxic 4 months ago and it felt like he did not care that I had changed or did anything, he only saw what I had done before and from that and from the post game chat he decided that I had no chance to appeal my suspension.
At that point he close the ticket. And right now I don't actually know if I'm wrong to think that most of the player support staff just don't care about anything... Also like I said most of them because some of them were really amazing and went out of their way to try n explain everything and understood me and the problem I have. I tried to create another ticked but instantly I said something about my suspended account the ticked gets closed no matter what I ask/ say or do.
And now I need advise on what to do because I'm lost. Did I deserve the suspension or not?
