Hey all, I recently played with this person and their friend (duo'd) the other day and it's bugged me enough that I keep checking back on them. Is this normal for a skilled player in high elo or is there something fishy going on? I don't at all mean for this to point fingers, just am a bit surprised at how well they are doing.
Nothing looks inherently fishy to me. They've only played a few ranked games according to the screenshot (looks like 60 games, which is less than a month of active playing).
More likely they just played norms/infrequently all season, and by the time they said "shit season almost over must get rewards must get rewards" they started playing mid (their preferred role) and started smashing bc they improved over the season in norms/on another account.
I think I have an 80 something % win rate rn.. but I just finished my placements lol

There is a Sona player who was known to have various smurfs duoing with a Kha'Zix main.
yep smurfs. they will eventually rank up and settle in at 50% winrate with the rest of us
