Season rewards.
Will I be eligable to get season rewards if I am honor level 1? I was toxic a while back and I got put to honor level 0. Just wanted to know if I will still get a border and the victorious skin.

If you got banned basically 3 months before the season ended or before it, you're fine. If not, yes, they dicked you 3 ways to Sunday and you don't get anything for this season except a sour taste in your mouth from Riot and a large supporting detail as to why you should quit this game. My advice, just quit playing. Huge waste of time/money.
