Well i really only got banned one time before this and it was only 2 weeks so i'm not really sure how i went from 2 week to perm. Anyways it wasn't really my fault i got banned the people on my team were trolling me by feeding. Just look at their k/d/a the nidalee got her friends to troll me and they made me mad so that's the only reason i really went off on them. So i was just wondering if i can get this ban appealed. Also i never got an email sent from you guys after my ban.

Typically Riot will not remove or reduce a punishment unless it was in error. Retaliation to someone else being toxic isn't seen as an acceptable reason, because it tends to make the situation worse more than anything else and you are responsible for your own actions.
If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System you would get a reform card in your client upon logging in as well. It might take some time to receive the email, but also make sure Riot Games is whitelisted and not sending it to your spam folder, and that your email is verified by going to your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.

Deep Terror Nami3 votesYou should've brought that up when you were on the 14 day ban step. Severe offenses may result in skipping steps; you aren't guaranteed to go through each step if the offenses don't warrant just a chat restriction.

BewareTheIdes1 votesOne thing they don't tell you also is that your reform card holds mutiple chat logs not just the 3 shown....they had to whip that out when my little cousin i let use an account got it 2 weeked banned. Especially after I disproved three cases of toxicity he basically just said ok feel that way muted. Then the only thing he would do is say things like "I think you should have done [insert correct play here]" like I expect much worse but I realized the ban policy is really low now, like he acted mature I think compared to some of the others he was playing with. He was really sorry he got the account banned too. I felt so bad for him that the account system made him a victim twice, I gave him another account and told him to stop using chat entirely since the ban line is so low now. I just tell people use discord because you might get banned otherwise, and that iif others don't join tell them you are less likely to help since you won't be reading their chat. Honestly, he plays dota 2 all the time and never has gotten a chat ban or anything. Riot is reaching new lows when little kids can't act mature for their age and not get banned. Like he is 13 not much better he could have done, and it's sad to see that. But I have no respect for Riot anymore, they lie at every turn. Just look at the case of Jason(real name: shane duffy) he stole thousands upon thousands of accounts and they never told anyone till it was out in the open. Like they are liars plain and simple and anyone that claims otherwise must not have been here for very long or looked up their history. Like Jason even made a site to ddos people for money that is how many accounts he had and how much info he had.
I don't get how people trust them nowadays. But maybe I am an Old moba fool that outstayed his welcome here and has seen too much.
TLDR: DON'T USE CHAT IT WILL GET YOU BANNED AND FAST. USE DISCORD OR SOMETHING AND DON"T CARE ABOUT ANYONE NOT IN THE CALL.

People punished for these minor offenses you speak of aren't banned for just a few games, it's the result of them doing it constantly, creating a negative experience for hundreds or thousands of other players.
BewareTheIdes1 votesNope, it is a few offences here and there that build up. So it is a few games that actually cause it. I would say that even if you are well meaning if your are received wrong they get you punishments. They are for a small number of games that will be flagged repeatedly when you have a constant play pattern since someone will be pissed and always looking to hit that report button. That is why Dota 2 limits their reports. SO yes it is a few games that can get you banned since they don't actually include all the games you have been reported for in those reform cards or even give you all the chat logs for games that they found the reports were warranted in. So don't hit me with this nonsense that the system is never wrong and the number of reports don't matter since all of them are checked. They aren't it's an automated system so if you get enough volume you will be flagged and there are always those that are going to report you for nothing basically. How do you know they are doing things wrong constantly? We have no chat logs to prove that we only have their reform cards. Heck half their reports that got them there could have been incorrect and they were not acting in a wrong fashion.
It is a few games and everyone should not use chat. I don't and that is why diamonds tend to not type at all anymore and you see a lot of players using discord. It's because we all realize the system is broken, you are the only delusional one that thinks that it's toxicity that is only flagged. Keep acting morally superior we know you aren't. (type 101 if you read in your reply) We laugh at the absurdity in this system over discord as we talk crap at each other in discord and have a good time while doing it. Because crap talking doesn't mean you are a bad person, even riot admits that. So why are you banning good people for a few games they have every so often?
So not using chat and using discord is the best thing to do. Because you can be mad and be you and not subject to someone else's standards. They don't have to be what you want them to be, they don't have to act like you want them to act. I can be me no limitations like you like. So from all of us that like to show ourselves as ourselves, you have to accept everyone bad and all not just the good you want to see. I bet you are fuming over the keyboard just reading this and have to restrain yourself from writing something. It's normal and you people need to stop acting like it's not because what you do isolates people and it's called suppression of speech and it is wrong to do this to a community and make them play nice at all times even though in their heart they are angry.

So don't assume that other people's self-control is as lax as your own. I've never even received a, "You've been reported a lot in the past few games" before.

They can get on in literal second by switching accounts. Nothing Riot is going to do about or can do about it. These trolls will always rotate accounts or buy new ones from account sharing sites. Heck I know someone that has 15 accounts with 50+ champions. He trolls all day never gets banned, when he told me I almost wanted to sock him in the face I was so pissed when he showed me all the accounts he off and on trolled with. Like you can't stop someone with 15 accounts. That is more than tyler1 got banned and that was with Rioters going to his steam and banning his accounts. Why don't we stop this insanity and start treating flaming and trolling seperately. They are not the same thing. Flaming means you are emotional about the game, trolling means you are put simply an ahole that gets kicks from messing with people.
