Well i really only got banned one time before this and it was only 2 weeks so i'm not really sure how i went from 2 week to perm. Anyways it wasn't really my fault i got banned the people on my team were trolling me by feeding. Just look at their k/d/a the nidalee got her friends to troll me and they made me mad so that's the only reason i really went off on them. So i was just wondering if i can get this ban appealed. Also i never got an email sent from you guys after my ban.
There are only 4 steps of punishment;
Typically Riot will not remove or reduce a punishment unless it was in error. Retaliation to someone else being toxic isn't seen as an acceptable reason, because it tends to make the situation worse more than anything else and you are responsible for your own actions.
If you were punished by the Instant Feedback System you would get a reform card in your client upon logging in as well. It might take some time to receive the email, but also make sure Riot Games is whitelisted and not sending it to your spam folder, and that your email is verified by going to your profile on the top right of this page and going to Settings.
It doesn't matter how mad they make you, they cannot make you behave poorly. That's on you.
You're responsible for your own behavior. Someone else's poor behavior doesn't excuse your own.
