Leaver Buster for power outage
Hate that I got penalized for something beyond my control. I am sure I am not the first to say this, and I know the system is in place for a reason, still sucks though

You don't get penalized for a single AFK game. This is to ensure that people don't get punished for having to leave due to either power outages or IRL emergencies.
If you get punished then you have history of repeatedly leaving games.
It's something that happens. I'm guessing you got the first penalty of a few games with 5 minute wait to queue up? It's not a horrible punishment and as long as you don't leave any games or have any more power outages you'll do just fine. [slayer-jinx-wink]
