Thanks for the answers, using logic and reading what you guys said I should stay banned cause this is the riot rules that I, as a person said yes during the patch. I will never mute any of my teammates cause I don't "believe" in the mute button and I still think they should remove it from the game imo.

I hope the system changes and maybe warn people before they get a perma ban? Maybe have a toxic bar at your profile indicating how many reports you need for a ban? I dont know, riot has obligation to make the system better not me

I hate that I lost all the skins (all of them gifted by other players for my in game performance) and my elo for a dumb thing as flaming.

TLDR: I'm sad that I lost my account, according to the rules I deserve the ban, imo riot should take the perma ban more seriously than simply having a bot taking the decisions

I said it literately 1 min before our nexus died and after she said guys ok report me!!

The whole team was flaming her thought out the game cause she was doing things pretty random for this elo

and I even went and checked her account she was bronze last season and this season diamond hmmmm, maybe she bought boosters or now it's a 2 man account both of these are illegal according to riot games and she should get banned

Riot's policy has always been that retaliation is unacceptable. Responding to negativity with your own negativity does not solve anything and will only make a bad situation worse.

If you want to protect yourself, the best way to do so is to mute others when they start flaming you. I understand that your initial response to someone flaming you would be to flame them back, but doing so isn't really protecting yourself, it's simply attacking back. Al it does is make the a more negative environment and make the situation worse.

We as a player base must change riots ways, like now the bring back solo que for diamond and above cause people asked for it

Muting someone is as good as ignoring the problem, when you are in a team you must work together, what if I mute him and then he says in the chat yasuo flash, how should I know it, this creates an unfair situation that impacts the game dramatically hence it's something that puts your whole team at disadvantage maybe some times more than flaming cause you lose a chance to snowball the game

If riot wants a competitive environment in the game they should remove the mute button in my opinion

Again muting is not the way

I do agree that muting someone can put you at a disadvantage. However, if someone starts flaming you, then odds are they aren't going to have anything useful to say anyway. I mean, from my personal experience, once someone starts flaming, most of the time they don't say anything useful for the remainder of the game, they just continue flaming. You are free to disagree with this as it is just my personal experience, and it's completely fine if you don't want to mute someone, that's you're choice. I simply stated it because you mentioned that you should be able to protect yourself, and muting someone protects yourself from them flaming you any further. After the game, you can report them if you feel it's necessary.

Attacking someone back by flaming them is not the same as protecting yourself. Doing this simply creates a more negative environment, and as such is punishable. Back to the mute button, since muting someone stops you from seeing what they type in chat, you won't get angry with what they say since you can't see it, so you will be less inclined to start flaming back and thus not be punished. Again, if you don't want to mute someone who's flaming you, that's perfectly fine. Just know that you flaming them back is not acceptable and will be punished.

As for removing the mute button, I'm going to have to strongly disagree. I don't want to be playing a match and then have a teammate flaming me or someone else with me having no way to get it off my screen. I don't want to sit there having my teammates' flame war distracting me from playing the game. It's really unenjoyable for me to have to sit through that.

I said those things to a guy that went 0-4, go op gg and see it, at one point in bot lane at his second death he even said my bad he knew he made a mistake

You see were I say I have target cc

I was playing lee and we 3 man dive a jhin but nami went frist and wasted her ulty then see dived anyway me and kog weren't even in range, ps (the whole laning face kog was flaming nami but I said nothing to make it worst)

So why did I flamed her you ask, for one reason during the end parts of the game she said I didnt gank and some other stuff about my mom, I got pretty mad about the last part and starting flaming her ass of for 1 min

After that I said nothing negative to her and 13 mins later the game ended

Don't you think this is kinda unfair, I mean if you kill someone then it's a crime but not in situations of self defense, same with flame imo, if they flame you, then you have the right to protect your sanity and pride and flame them back if and only if they made a bad play too, otherwise if you are the one and only that holds down the team then ok, but this is so rare in low diamond plat elo

Looks like me. I got one very similar to this about a week ago. Yours is surely unjustified but when it comes to riot you have to be aware of them not thinking and acting rationally. Their only goal is pleasing the majority of players which sadly happen to be frustrated, bad players who report well performing opposing players on every occasion. In order for those to keep playing they must be satisfied with regular confirmation that action has been taken against the player that did well against them. Of course they have to state a valid reason as to why the respective player deserves a ban so they make use of the infamous Negative Attitude, Verbal Abuse and Hate Speech trifecta. Those are almost always guaranteed to net you a punishment of some kind because its practically impossible to not trigger an automatic ban when using the chat function to any extent. Just think about it from riots perspective. 5 bad players who got crushed by you are mad AF and then go on to report you looking to get their revenge because they cant stand anyone being better than them. What does riot do? Getting rid of one player and keeping 5 others happy. The purpose of reports was never to create a healthier game enviroment it only ever served as a means of satisfying sore losers. Theres guys collecting ban confirmations like trophies on these boards as if it was the only accomplishment they have ever made, sickening stuff makes me wonder what these guys are like in life.

Interesting comment right here that talks some of the truth You see my first ever chat ban was, when I was playing with my friends that are silver-gold and I was diamond, we played normals only and people reported me cause "what a diamond player is doing in a silver normal game"

But yes there is logic behind your point, the player that won is clearly happy cause he won and the people that lost think reporting as an accomplishment, which is sad
