Thanks for the answers, using logic and reading what you guys said I should stay banned cause this is the riot rules that I, as a person said yes during the patch. I will never mute any of my teammates cause I don't "believe" in the mute button and I still think they should remove it from the game imo.

I hope the system changes and maybe warn people before they get a perma ban? Maybe have a toxic bar at your profile indicating how many reports you need for a ban? I dont know, riot has obligation to make the system better not me

I hate that I lost all the skins (all of them gifted by other players for my in game performance) and my elo for a dumb thing as flaming.

TLDR: I'm sad that I lost my account, according to the rules I deserve the ban, imo riot should take the perma ban more seriously than simply having a bot taking the decisions

They did. It's called chat restriction & 14 days suspension.

Looks like me. I got one very similar to this about a week ago. Yours is surely unjustified but when it comes to riot you have to be aware of them not thinking and acting rationally. Their only goal is pleasing the majority of players which sadly happen to be frustrated, bad players who report well performing opposing players on every occasion. In order for those to keep playing they must be satisfied with regular confirmation that action has been taken against the player that did well against them. Of course they have to state a valid reason as to why the respective player deserves a ban so they make use of the infamous Negative Attitude, Verbal Abuse and Hate Speech trifecta. Those are almost always guaranteed to net you a punishment of some kind because its practically impossible to not trigger an automatic ban when using the chat function to any extent. Just think about it from riots perspective. 5 bad players who got crushed by you are mad AF and then go on to report you looking to get their revenge because they cant stand anyone being better than them. What does riot do? Getting rid of one player and keeping 5 others happy. The purpose of reports was never to create a healthier game enviroment it only ever served as a means of satisfying sore losers. Theres guys collecting ban confirmations like trophies on these boards as if it was the only accomplishment they have ever made, sickening stuff makes me wonder what these guys are like in life.
