Account SVG Ghast got perma banned

So I'll admit to being toxic, but only ever in response to others flaming me. But flaming in response to flame should not constitute a perma ban. If a guy goes 0/10/0 and says I'm bad, I call him a feeder. I guess that makes me toxic. But I got a 14 day suspension on one of my accounts, SoulaZoul, after a game where I reported teammates for using racial slurs and me telling them to stop being toxic, which I guess in their eyes made me toxic. So I ticketed Riot asking for at least a chat ban if anything or reassurance that those players received the same punishment. Skeletor replied, telling me that after review, I was the toxic one and he said "I hope you enjoy the game you play after this one". The next day I log in, and boom, account that wasn't even in a 14 day suspension was perma banned out of nowhere. I would like some help figuring out if I can recover this account at all, I put a lot of time into this game and too see it all go to waste because some guy banned me for asking for help is ridiculous.

Chat logs. Because you don't seem to think it is anything worse than calling someone who fed a feeder.

to be honest, i have had a friend grind for gold only be brought to the brink of insanity for this very reason and he got 14-day banned then permanently, I feel like they threaten with permaban to scare the straight arrows while someone can just as easily get one account banned and create another one only to continue the mass to toxicity that is league.
