Account SVG Ghast got perma banned

So I'll admit to being toxic, but only ever in response to others flaming me. But flaming in response to flame should not constitute a perma ban. If a guy goes 0/10/0 and says I'm bad, I call him a feeder. I guess that makes me toxic. But I got a 14 day suspension on one of my accounts, SoulaZoul, after a game where I reported teammates for using racial slurs and me telling them to stop being toxic, which I guess in their eyes made me toxic. So I ticketed Riot asking for at least a chat ban if anything or reassurance that those players received the same punishment. Skeletor replied, telling me that after review, I was the toxic one and he said "I hope you enjoy the game you play after this one". The next day I log in, and boom, account that wasn't even in a 14 day suspension was perma banned out of nowhere. I would like some help figuring out if I can recover this account at all, I put a lot of time into this game and too see it all go to waste because some guy banned me for asking for help is ridiculous.

I'm assuming that you mean this as a hypothetical scenario, where you call someone dumb. But there are more than two potential ways to respond to the scenario, beyond simply 1. flaming back in an attempt to defend yourself or 2. just agree and accept it to avoid arguing.

While I normally don't agree with everything TCR has to say, in this case, I happen to very strongly agree. If a random person on an internet forum, or in a video game decides to call me dumb... I really just don't care. They are completely entitled to their opinion, but that doesn't mean that I have to invest any sort of emotional response into it. And I'm not sorry to admit that I care more about my account than the insults of some nitwit online. So, the way for me to respond to that scenario is 3. ignore it. If you call me dumb, it's not worth the time it would take me to type the words to reply to you.

That said, looking at your original situation, what was the reason that they gave you for permabanning this other account? No accounts are banned without a reason. If you cannot access the information by attempting to log in to the client, you can always submit a ticket to player support, and they can tell you that way. It's a bit confusing trying to figure out exactly why this account was banned.

Like I said before, I call people feeders when they feed, only after they try to flame other teammates. I've gotten chat bans for this, which for one is stupid to me, if you go 0/10/0 and call the guy going 2/3/2 a shit player, the first instinct is to look at his KDA, and say, "Damn dude why you talking youre going 0/10/0, biggest feeder on the team." I mean if you think that is toxic that's your opinion I can accept that but I do shit like that on my one account SoulaZoul. So I got a 14 day suspension on it, so on my SVGhast account, I ticketed Riot asking for help and Skeletor decided after looking through the fact I got chat bans, to perma ban the account not suffering a penalty cause I ticketed using this one on accident. So I don't know whether they messed up and banned this account instead of the one that it would make sense on or what?

As you have used this phrase in other posts below, I'll use it here... "the bigger of two evils." But if you look at the phrase, think about what it means. TWO EVILS. Not one evil and one good. It literally states that you are aware that both sides of the situation, the initial feeding flamer and you as the retaliation, are both in the wrong. Is one of them more wrong than the other? Sure. Does it matter which one? Not really. At the end of the game, we are all responsible for our own actions.

And as I said before, the only way to figure out why this second account was punished would be to contact support if you are unable to get the information by trying to log into the client. It is possible that a ban was placed onto the wrong account. But you won't be able to clear that up by arguing with people here on the Boards. You have to contact Support!

I know I'm waiting on a response from support. Also I'm learning something from all this. These players who are on this board don't know what toxic is, but would instead feel like reporting anyone who says anything other than "well played" or "good job". Read what they post its insane, I honestly hope the DEVS don't think this way.

This is not defending yourself. There is a difference between defense and offense.

Defending yourself is something you do to prevent further harm. In this case, defending yourself would mean you mute the other player or ignore them and move on. They cannot hurt you with insults if you do not listen to them. This is what defense is.

Insulting them back is not defending yourself. It's confrontational and puts you in the position of an aggressor, not a defender. As soon as you attack another player, you are no longer defending yourself. And that is why you get punished.

I like all these people that think me calling somebody a feeder is toxic. Toxic would be if I afk'd in base and flamed everybody the course of an entire game. Me saying somebody who is extremely negative KDA wise is feeding is not being toxic, its stating a fact about how they are playing. How does that constitute me being perma banned on an account that wasn't in the middle of any disciplinary action?

First of all, if someone has a terrible KDA I promise you, they are aware. In fact, everyone in the game on both teams can easily see their bad score. No one needs you to rub it in their faces. You pointing the finger to shame someone isn't just a matter of stating the fact. Stating that particular fact serves no purpose but to make someone feel bad, which is why it IS toxic. Using someone's score to belittle them is never okay.

Even if a person is intentionally feeding, there is literally no reason you should be aggressive in chat about it. In fact, the only non-toxic way to go about it is to not be rude about it in chat and later report them instead.

Regardless of the degree of your toxicity, being toxic at all once your account is already in bad standing or has a history of toxic behavior will earn you harsher punishments the more you do it. Even if you only said one toxic thing all game... even though I seriously suspect you're fibbing about that. But if you insist it's the only possible bad thing you said, you're welcome to provide chat logs to prove all you did was say, "this person is a feeder."
