So... when you join a draft queue... and someone locks in a "teemo jungle"... what do you do? I mean, I just left the game and took the penalty, because I'm sure this player was just trolling... even if they weren't "trolling," they'd have to be an exceptional player to make the game worth playing for the other 4 players on the team... but as it is, there's no penalty for them, just a penalty for me recognizing their trolling and refusing to participate... so what does league do in these situations?

Picking something off meta is not punishable. If that person wanted to go Teemo jungle, they have every right to do so. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752884-Reporting-a-Player

Teemo jungle is a real thing, I honestly don't get why people consider it bad.

Do I need to go into detail of how Teemo jungle works?

Or, do I need to go into detail of how New Draft has replaced Team Builder in the sense of normal games? (It's where people try stuff now.)

It's the only way people can do random/fun stuff if you go into blind pick people tell you to fk off and take the role from you.

Get over it and enjoy the game, I can understand anger at this kind of thing in ranked but a draft mode? Which is basically just the new teambuilder.

I myself have enjoyed a SINGLE game of jungle teemo, And let me just say it was indeed fun. The whole jungle was shroomed (back when shrooms lasted 10 mins) and the enemy jungler was basically forced into lanes to farm lol.
