False Ban

So A couple of months ago i got a perma on my main account and so i created a new account were i truly aimed not to flame what so ever. long story short, i am playing a game with the whole team feeding. I am playing quite bad but i am not inting. Everyone around me is flaming and they were reporting me for int. I am playing calmly and didn't even rage. all i did was say im not ganking top lane because their top laner was too fed. what i meant was im gonna focus on the other lanes instead so we can win.

Please do not tell me to mute all or whatever cuz honestly thats just boring to play alone. I am not flaming and it wasnt even my intention. yet people who are flaming since minute one get off with nothing and i get a 14 day ban directly after a 10 game chat ban. I am honestly done with this system because its bs. two accounts with rp on them and i get perma soon for false reporting. honestly i really wish riot change the banning system from account ban to maybe a perma chat ban???? whats the point of account banning if I can just make another account. And why do i get bans without even flaming intentionally. I dont know what to say. I try my best not to flame or be anywhere near a toxic player and this is what happens. i get bans. I really hope you reconsider your banning systems riot.
