Is there a way to get unbanned from a Perm ban?

I just heard tyler1 got unbanned and is now streaming. I have only watched him a few times but I know he was known for extreme toxicity/trolling/feeding. If he gets unbanned, surely it's possible for non-streamers to get unbanned correct? How does one go about this? I've been perm banned since May 2017 and I have played maybe 15 games since then.

How do I reach out to Riot to make an agreement like Tyler1 had?

tyler was not unbanned. all his permabanned accounts are still banned. he was not allowed to stream LoL but now he is allowed again. the only way to get your permaban removed if it was given to you by accident.

T1 had a PLAYER BAN, which occured after getting many ACCOUNT BANS.

Riot recently wrote an article https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/115013815928-Understanding-ID-Bans which established a procedure for PLAYERS to get unbanned; NOT ACCOUNTS.

T1's old accounts are all still banned. With the lifting of his PLAYER BAN he was permitted to start a NEW ACCOUNT. Something account banned players could already do.

tldr: No. Permabanned players who want to play must start a fresh account like everyone else.

The other people who have commented are correct. Once an account is permanently suspended, it will not be unbanned unless there was a legitimate mistake.

You can start a new account without any special agreement; just try to be nice to other players and enjoy the game this time!

People seem to ask this a lot since T1 started streaming again. His ban was known as an ID Ban. As soon as riot detected it was his account, it was instabanned. After a year of an ID ban, Riot allows the player the chance to prove they have reformed via being given a list of all currently active accounts, and being very closely watched for a set period of time. If they prove that they have changed, the ID ban is lifted. But one slip and it's back for another year at least. On top of that, none of his perviously banned accounts were unbanned.

In bold and caps incase its unclear **NONE OF TYLER'S PREVIOUS PERMABANNED ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN UNBANNED! **

Unless an account was banned permanently in error there is no recovering it, zero, zilch, Nada, the account is gone. So stop asking if there is a way to get it back **UNLESS IT IS PROVEN IT IS IN ERROR! **
