Biggest Headache Coming from Playing Normals

So I was practicing a champ in normals and I know how the champ works but I just thought going into normals and practicing there would make me better. I was doing pretty bad in lane and when I was 0/5, my bot lane was yelling at me. I just told them that it's just a normal game and not ranked. They still kept on complaining and being toxic. I don't know if saying this would be considered toxic but I told them they needed to stop acting childish. They stopped yelling at me but by the end of the game, one of the bot laners said that I was being racist. At the stats screen, I said, "Racist? Since when did I say anything racist in the game?" Someone in my team said that I said the 'N' word and I AM 100% sure I did not say anything racist, especially not that word, because I don't EVER say that word. I called them out for lying, but people in the enemy team said that they were gonna report me too. After that, one of my bot laners said to enjoy my ban.

I'm not gonna think about this a lot, but the problem is.... if Riot actually bans me because people are saying I did say something racist but I really didn't, then this is really ridiculous. I do like playing this game. Not because of all the toxic people I have encountered, but because I do find this game fun. Well, I'm hoping someone or some people from Riot would see this and tell me that I'm not gonna get banned for something I didn't do. I may have been toxic for calling my teammates children for getting angry for no reason but not as toxic as my teammates, who lied about me being racist.
