So I got banned for 2 weeks for being toxic in one game...

I was never banned before. I never cheated, inted, griefed, leaved a minimum amount of times only when my internet fails me. And I get straight up banned for two weeks when I have my winter holiday... So the only time in 4 months when I have a lot of spare time to play lol they ban me for being toxic. I mean I didn't say I don't deserve a punishment, in fact I do, but restricting chat is an okay punishment I wouldn't mind that and it would teach my a lesson. There are people that straight up cheat, or grief and they don't get punished for literally ruining the game for 4 people and I get maximum punishment for having a bad day and typing some text. You can hate me, but we all rage at times.

Same I played 1 game with my premade on 24 Dec and I told him in-game to kys as a joke. After that game i get 2 weeks suspension without ever having any other suspensions/chat restrictions etc. on this account. I talked to the support and they didn't know how to respond to me so they just said the ban won't be lifted under any circumstances.

edit: Also it was auto-ban as stated by the support

Actually, you can receive a 10-game chat restriction punishment for saying "you're bad" one time in a game or saying "report xyz for feeding/inting/trolling" one time in a game.

You received a 10-game chat restriction.

But because you were higher up on the punishment tier (since you didn't decay your previous punishment tiers), you received the 14 day ban.

If you had decayed your 25 game chat restriction punishment tier, you would have only received a 25 game chat restriction instead of the 14 day ban.

The next punishment tier is a permaban... so if you don't want to lose your account forever make sure you decay your punishment tier before doing anything that might get you a 10-game chat restriction.

The system is retarded, but that's how it works. Literally do not say "you're bad at this game" one time in any of your games for the next 3 months. It takes on average 3 months to decay 1 punishment tier (with regular game play on good behavior).

You deserve if you was warned ingame of getting banned and you still ignored it. That would be sweat sweat ban when you laugh in your ignorance but after 5 min your realize you got banned.

This right here is why the ban issued is severe. You would be okay with the punishment and then go on to make other games feel terrible to play with you because the punishment didn't hurt. You didn't mind it. Now, you will remember or think twice about hitting that enter key and what you put into the game. It sounds to me like it was an appropriate punishment just based on your response.
