Riot can you do anything about the hackers in bot game?

Nearly EVERY bot game there are one or two hackers.

They log in so SLOW, then buy a boot, feed mid, then dc for 1 min and reconnect, and every bot game got a KDA like 0/10.

Playing with these hackers is so disgusting.

I reported them every time but it makes no sense, they can still play and ruin more games.

I highly doubt these accounts are used to sell for the lv 30 accounts.

They are so typical and obvious, why can't you do anything about it? Like perma ban them after one report?

Or riot just don't care about the bot game?
