Account Banned for unknown reason

Just got back home from a 2 week vacation with my wife. Before i left i only played a couple arams and that was it. Came back and tried to log on and it says my account has been permabanned. I have been 14 day banned before for using homophobic slurs but have since then refrained from using them as i wish to keep my account. I have not been toxic and i have followed the summoners code to the best of my ability. I never received an email to the account associated with said league account on why i was banned. I'm not sure if it is a bug or what might have happened. If i was deemed toxic i would like to know what i said that was toxic or what it might be that got me banned because i have spent a lot of time and money on league of legends and would like some closure or if its a bug for some reason to please fix the issue.

Sounds like a security lock. If it had been for toxicity, and was issued by the IFS, you would have had a Reform Card with chat logs displayed when you tried to log in. Since that wasn't there, it likely is not due to anything toxicity related. The manual bans are pretty rare.

Looks like a security issue, which should be resolved quickly with a support ticket. Assuming you're the original account owner and aren't using illegal programs and such, of course.

Check your email, and if you can't find anything, submit a ticket to Riot Support. They'll clear things up for you.

i have the same problem, i have no clue why i got permanently banned and i've never been banned or used the chat in a toxic way? this happened yesterday

Same happen to me , i was playing Draven and i end with 12/4 ,after that match i went to another and i played on it like 4-5 days ,and when i try to log in again ,BUM PERMANENT BAN , i mean riot Come on why me ,why my account ? what have i done.[sg-soraka]
