Report option in champ select

Hello guys, did somebody ever troll in your champ select, or banned you champ in ranked just do be mean? Did you ever dodge a game because of them or couldn't because you were in promos. I do, and I think that being able to report a player only at the end of the game isn't enough. When you dodge a game because of a certain player's behavior, you have no way to have justice. If you could report a player's behaviour before dodging, it might prevent people to act like trolls for fun. What do you guys think?
