Report option in champ select

Hello guys, did somebody ever troll in your champ select, or banned you champ in ranked just do be mean? Did you ever dodge a game because of them or couldn't because you were in promos. I do, and I think that being able to report a player only at the end of the game isn't enough. When you dodge a game because of a certain player's behavior, you have no way to have justice. If you could report a player's behaviour before dodging, it might prevent people to act like trolls for fun. What do you guys think?

Thing is, they won't receive punishments unless you send a ticket or a Rioter reviews the game and manually bans them. Also, of you are playing ranked, you should have at least 3 Champs you can play decently so if it does happen, you can pick another champ.

I play all champs, but sometimes you juste have a troll in champ select, not only banning you champs, but only locking in tryndamere support or something like that. When that happended you have to dodge if you dont want to lose around 20 lp. An automated system can see that tryndamere support isn't legit and could act.
