Wrongful Suspension/Ban

Hello Summoners, So basically I got banned but I will explain what happened. So on March 9, 2017 I left for vacation to go to Vietnam. I did play a few games before I left but basically when I got back on March 18, 2017 I logged in to my account but it said I was banned and that I could check my email to see what was wrong. Then I checked my email and nothing was there talking about a ban. I was gone for a week in Vietnam and I have plane tickets to prove that and there is no way I could have played in Vietnam because the internet is kind of bad, nonetheless when I got a return on my support ticket It said that I was banned for using a third party organization, so hacks i'm guessing. First of all, im silver 4 adn I dont hack, because if I was I would be in a higher rank beating all the silver noobs. It's not that fact my rank is gone and all that but a lot of money and time in the game and that is what im pissed about.

So all in all there is no way I could be cheating, I was gone for a week in another country and somehow I get banned for cheating when I was gone? It makes no sense and it tells me that Riot doesn't take their customers seriously. I spent a large amount of money on the game and time and it is all wasted because of their silly actions and mistakes. I sent an email saying that there was no pissble way I could be cheating since I was gone and that I have never used a third part organization but I doubt they would do anything. So if you guys wanna get screwed over by Riot and lose all the time and money you have put in the game go ahead but if your new and planning on playing, DONT. They will screw you over and it will be a long process before they say that they cant do anything to help you. Anyways, thanks for reading fellow summoners but this is probably the last time I will play league ever again.
