Im playing this game 5 years..and never got perma ban...can someone help me recover my acc and what can i do about that ? please

Is the ban for behavior or third party software violations? If so, the account is almost certainly lost for good.

If you're not sure why you were banned, send a ticket to Player Support, who can help you figure out why you were banned and if there's anything you can do about it.

What is the reason stated on your reform card?

Unless you got a shield ban, Riot will probably not reverse your ban. Shield bans happen when Riot detects suspicious behavior and believes you've been hacked so they put a shield ban on the account until you can get in touch with player support and reclaim the account.

So far, I have not seen cheating/scripting bans, rightfully issued player behavior bans, and sharing account/buying account bans be lifted.
