Macro bots in Twisted Treeline

This has been an ongoing issue in Twisted Treeline for some time now, and it's really starting to get out of hand. I first started noticing it about 3 months ago and while annoying to begin with, it has bloomed into a full fledged infestation. I honestly cannot remember the last time I que'd into a 3's and there wasn't a "bot" on one of the teams, always with a name like Brianagdf (first name with gibberish before or after), no keystone, and the exact same summoner icon, running it down "mid" and consistently ruining every game of 3's I've played since October.

I report said macro bots after every game, but have never gotten a confirmation that any action has been taken against them, and that's the truly disappointing part. People abusing bot programs, and ruining the game for hundreds, if not thousands, and Riot seems to have taken no action.

So I went on a little search, spamming several years of LoL board content, and while I found many topics addressing this same issue , I can find no official response from Riot on this issue. ??????????????????????????????????????? So can we possibly get a Red post on this issue, and all (if any) steps being taken to rectify it? Because it's starting to feel like if we're not playing Ranked 5's, that Riot really doesn't care.
