I keep getting key fragments everyday but I never level up.

I play a lot of support and I play very well, I behave nicely and I do not ever troll. Literally everyday for like the past 2 months, I have been getting key fragments which is OK but recently it has become stressful as I do not know when I will actually level up. My friends have already levelled up but I know for a fact they do no communicate as much as I do. Its TILTING seeing this everyday because its like pushing it in my face that I will never achieve Honor 3. I just want to know how long it will take because it REALLY feels like I have been banned from level 3 and its just very demotivating.
