10 chat restriction ban for what?

Hey guys a little about myself. I was honor lvl 4 at the last checkpoint to honor lvl 5. I know it might not be important to some but I try to get honor lvl 5 every season. No previous bans or restriction. I was a straight arrow player. This game we had a 0-8 midlaner and a 2-11 nasus. Everyone was behind and there was no way we would win so I proposed to ff at 15 to move onto the next game. It was a group of 4 playing with me and they all said they were reporting me for saying to ff at 15. I posted the chat logs here and I did not flame anyone, cuss, or be toxic and did not int in the game or go afk. I have no clue why I got the chat restriction because now I lose the chance to get honor rewards and I might not be able to tour riot now because of this incident. Please help me and tell what I did. Thank you!
